Director of Account Services

A waste consulting start up is in need of an Account Services Director who could work remotely, but would ideally be based in the Indianapolis area. The Account Services Director is responsible for managing client relationships, optimizing service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction in waste management and recycling services. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to clients, overseeing account management, and ensuring service excellence. Key responsibilities include developing processes and procedures, leading client onboarding, supporting business development efforts, and identifying opportunities to expand services within accounts. The position also involves collaborating with internal teams, mentoring account service staff, and monitoring account performance through reporting and regular business reviews. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in account management or customer service leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM tools and waste management operations. Compensation is $120-180k OTE.
