We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with transportation management systems and a strong ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
Duties
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. This person wil be the primary point of contact for new orders.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with fleet management teams to optimize transportation operations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints by investigating issues and providing solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other communication tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
