What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warranty Coordinator position at Wastequip Manufacturing Co., LLC?
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty coordination, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the refuse, automotive, or heavy equipment industry.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workwise, and other web-based programs.
- Experience with Salesforce, Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD, and Smartsheet is a plus.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures and the use of office machines and equipment.
- Ability to understand and interpret pertinent policies and procedures clearly and accurately.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and co-workers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple claims simultaneously.
- Willingness to potentially travel to customer sites or vendor locations as needed.
