Description
WasteXperts, an on-site Waste and Recycling Facilitator is looking for a Salesforce Developer.
The Salesforce Developer will work closely with the small IT shop, and although Salesforce management and development will be the largest scope of work, there will be many other duties to support the team.
Salesforce Developer Priorities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions to support customer service, operations and sales operations.
- Customize Salesforce to align with specific use cases, including creating Flows, and automations.
- Write and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to enhance functionality.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools through APIs.
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
- Manage projects related to Salesforce implementation and updates, including timeline and deliverables.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure solutions are implemented successfully
A successful Salesforce Developer candidate will:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, including hands-on coding experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning (components, design, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and automations.
- Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience, including planning and delivering solutions on time.
Qualified Salesforce Developer candidates may have:
- Experience with Field Service Lightning and/or Revenue Cloud preferred
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred).
- Experience with Force.com developer toolkit, including Apex, VisualForce, and Force.com IDE
- Familiarity with Services Oriented Design Principles (SOAP) and Web Services
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 1 day a week in-office
Salary:
- Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience
