Salary and Job Details
The Customer Service Representative will collaborate with the Sales team and Operations Support team to resolve problems and implement ongoing solutions to exceed customer expectations. This role requires a first point of contact for customers experiencing servicing issues, as well as collaboration with Ops Support to implement new customer stops and add on services. The representative will also escalate any serious service concerns to the area Business Development Manager, check on outstanding service issues to ensure completion, and provide customer service via telephone, and/or emails, redirecting them when necessary to the proper department.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need experience with Microsoft Suite, including intermediate Excel Skills, excellent communication skills, 2 years of professional office experience, and 1 years of experience with SalesForce. You will be responsible for communicating any field employee concerns to the Operations Department and providing any necessary updates to on-going service issues to your supervisor.
