Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including residential painting, electrical repairs, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Maintain playgrounds, turf, and landscaping.
- Move equipment and furniture.
- Install and repair playground equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance roles is helpful.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
