Watchdog self storage and Solari Property care ( landscaping business) is a growing business in Arundel, ME. We are engaging, fun, innovative and our goal is to to provide great customer service and grow both the self storage and the landscape business. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers both on the phone and in person in the office. Day to day will be answering the phones, paying bills, invoicing clients, assisting people register for a self storage unit, reviewing daily reports, adjusting pricing . Entering Quickbooks. We use Quickbooks online. Weekly Facebook posts.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office filing systems to ensure efficient organization and retrieval of documents.
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage calendars for multiple individuals, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
-Order materials for various jobs.
-Calculating and submitting payroll biweekly
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a landscape and self storage office, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff.
-Mobile deposits and bill paying
-Sending out estimates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks).
- Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
