Local Alarm Company in El Cajon looking to hire for a “Customer Service Representative”, essential service, in-office position. Watchlight Corporation is looking for a candidate who is a hard worker, has a positive attitude, and is a team player. We are hiring for full time positions for Monday to Friday (Saturdays are possible) (8AM-5PM) or (7AM to 4PM) schedule. There are multiple opportunities for advancement within the company, depending on skill and competency level of the candidate.

This position is primarily inbound/outbound calls for a security technology company, and has an emphasis on talking on the phone with our customers. Candidates with current business phone support experience are desired; but training is offered for hard-working amateurs, who are excellent at Customer Service, looking for opportunity and wanting to learn an *exciting* industry. This position does not involve cold calling.

Note: This position is not on temporary basis and we are looking for a long term relationship with a new candidate to be a part of our great collective team.

  • Prior experience in an office environment (Required)
  • Knowledge of office equipment
  • Knowledge in computer programs/software
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Must be ORGANIZED
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Able to work well with a team
  • Must ask questions and write down ideas
  • Be proactive and serve customers
  • Have strong phone etiquette
  • Have a positive attitude and highly motivated
  • Reliable / Honest / Trustworthy
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer Service / Assisting customers over the phone & via email
  • Inbound / Outbound calling
  • Troubleshooting alarm issues
  • Processing work orders
  • Processing service tickets
  • Scheduling
  • Interacting with technicians
