As a Help Desk Network Technician at Watchtower Security, you'll be the problem-solver they rely on to keep communities connected and secure.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and equipment malfunctions.
- Guide field technicians and subcontractors through on-site solutions.
- Manage inventory and coordinate part orders to ensure fast resolutions.
- Use Linux command line tools to troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Track progress using a ticketing system and escalate critical issues when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking equipment, and IP cameras.
- Experience with Linux and command line tools.
- Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft 365.
