Job Summary :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Your excellent communication and customer service skills will enable you to effectively handle inquiries and resolve issues.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a liaison to manage and maintain current customer accounts
- Provide timely follow-ups, address concerns, and offer proactive solutions
- Review account performance metrics and collaborate with customers to optimize their operational needs
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Act as the main point of contact for carriers and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Flexibility to adjust to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment
