Overview:
We are a full-service restoration company dedicated to community service and providing exemplary Customer Service to our Clients. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a strong background in digital and traditional marketing strategies.
This position is responsible for creating, publishing and administrering content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln and Instagram. Will support the team to plan, develop and implement various intitiatives that increase community partnerships and community ingagement across Bexar county and surrounding counties. Manage and Optimize SEM and SEO. A great canditate for this position is self-motivated, a strong problem solver, and excellent communicator with a desire to learn, absorb, and apply new information and skills extraordinary focus on service, ability to multi-task and stay organized, and community-driven to take on this exciting role.
Responsibilities: (But not limited too)
- Manage the company's online presence, including social media accounts and website.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, use social media marketing tools
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)- responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaings to drive traffic and conversions from search engines.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - responsible for improving a website's visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs)
- Research keywords to promote our products and services
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign effectiveness
- Identify web pages with areas for improvement
- Manage, configure, data collection, analyze and support Google Analytics for WAFRT website (ie. Wafrt.com)
- Support in creation of high-quality marketing materials print and digital assets to include but not limited to mailers, invitations, flyers, presentations, web graphics, signage, social media, illustrations, and other custom marketing collateral (external and internal communications)
- Assist with video filming or photography to be used internally and externally
- Support eMarketing intiatives to include campaign creation and data analysis
- Prepare a social media plan, timelines, and set priorities to increase social media followers, grow organizational awareness.
- Maintain reporting dashboard, providing weekly reporting and recommendations.
- Oversee website and make sure information is current and up to date.
- Write, edit, and publish engaging posts for various social networks.
- Assure that social media activity is being responded to in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading and analyzing Google Analytics Data
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, WordPress, Google Analytics, print advertising, e-commerce
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Familiarity with advertising sales techniques
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
