As we grow, we’re looking for someone to support our Customer Service Team in fostering relationships, building brand awareness, and ensuring every customer interaction is a memorable one.

What You’ll Do

Customer Relations & Experience

• Personally connect with customers, providing a warm, supportive, and professional experience during their restoration or remodel journey.
• Deliver customer thank-you gift boxes as a way to show appreciation and foster lasting relationships.
• Encourage customer feedback and reviews through meaningful engagement, ensuring every client feels heard and valued.
• Navigate high-stress situations with empathy and adaptability, reading the room and responding accordingly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen trust in our services.

Networking & Marketing

• Represent Next Level Restoration & Remodel weekly at various events, home shows, and other networking opportunities to build and strengthen referral relationships.
• Promote our brand through face-to-face interactions, local outreach, and industry events.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase visibility, enhance our reputation, expand our reach and business growth.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Bring creative marketing ideas to life through content editing, social media scheduling, and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals.

• Ensure our online presence reflects our company’s values, personality, and exceptional service.

General Support & Office Tasks

• Assist with administrative and customer-related tasks to enhance operations and customer experience.
• Support the organization and streamlining of internal processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Provide hands-on support in various areas as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, marketing, or social media management.
• Familiarity with restoration and remodeling industries is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and general office software.
