Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and safe environment for infants and toddlers in your care.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Provide daily care routines including feeding, diapering, and napping.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting is required.
- CDA (Child Development Associate) or early childhood education degree preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
