Description
*This is a part time, hourly position. 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Starting range is $20.20 to $22.72 per hour.
Support and fulfill the mission, vision, and values of WOL by serving the church and school staff and the Human Resources Department. Support employees with resources and information, organize events, plus provide a wide-variety of administrative support for the Human Resources Department and Manager. Assists with maintaining all HRIS and intranet resources, records, files and creating reports.
Administrative Coordination for Human Resources: Manage schedules, copy, scan, handle phones, type correspondence, process name plate changes for employees, maintain department equipment/supplies/inventories, and filing systems. Develop and maintain employee group lists in Fellowship One, prepare materials using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher. Assist with planning meetings and events, including all logistical needs.
Hiring and Onboarding Processes: Schedule interviews, assign employment testing, coordinate candidate travel, conduct applicant references. Oversee onboarding and offboarding for all employees, including creating and issuing employee IDs, conducting surveys for new hires (30/60/90-day check-ins), completing LiveScan background checks for new and existing employees as applicable.
Employee File Management: Process verification of employment requests and maintain employee files, including digitizing records as needed.
HR Resource Development and Miscellaneous Duties: Design and develop new HR materials/forms. Be a certified LiveScan Print Roller to complete employee LiveScan background checks and train new LiveScan Print Rollers from various ministries as applicable. Other duties as assigned.
Participate in “All-In” events, Prayer Mountain, Spiritual Growth Check List, etc. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years’ professional experience in an administrative role supporting a program or a business unit; 1 year of professional experience in Human Resources preferred
- Strong oral, written and editorial skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with scheduling and database management in an administrative or equivalent role
- Intermediate knowledge of office technology tools including web-based, Facebook, Instagram, MS Office, Publisher and database use
- High level of discretion
- Friendly, flexible, able to multitask, enjoys working with all kinds of people
