*This position will start between $18.03 to $20.29 per hour. This is a full time, 32 hour per week position.
The Next Steps Ministry Administrative Coordinator serves a key role in administrative support for the program areas of Baptism, Connection Point, Discovering Water of Life, Equipping classes, Mentoring and New Believers. The Next Steps Ministry Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the design, maintenance and coordination of administrative systems, processes and ministry activities for all program areas. This position assists with program and curriculum development, and maintenance of program database while interfacing and supporting Next Steps Ministry participants and Staff.
Administrative Support – Provide administrative coordination for the Next Steps Ministry classes, groups, seminars, training and events. Design, manage and supervise the registration, kiosk check-in and attendance process for all events, seminars and classes, utilizing Fellowship One. Receive and answer emails and phone calls. Meet with instructors and participants to answer questions, explain/administer paperwork and collect fees, if required. Serve as liaison with other WOLCC departments, programs and instructors, communicating Next Steps Ministry needs, requesting assistance with scheduling and logistics, providing information to other departments and coordinating calendars. Provide accounting assistance including deposits, creation of check requests and ministry budget transfers.
Ministry and Program Support - Prepare material for classes using a variety of methods, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher. Ensure that Serving Central projects are regularly submitted. Maintain filing systems, coordinate material/supply ordering and production and maintain department’s database and calendar and other duties as assigned. Attend on-going events, seminars and classes, as needed for support. Evaluate the health and success of the ministry and deliver feedback to supervisor.

Qualifications
- 3 years’ professional experience in administrative support
- Strong oral, written and editorial skills
- Experience scheduling and database management as an AA or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge of office technology tools including web-based, Facebook, Instagram, MS Office
- Friendly, flexible, able to multitask, enjoys working with all kinds of people
- Able to work flexible hours, be available on evenings and weekends as program requires
- Strong attention to detail
