What You'll Do :
As a Housekeeper Supervisor, you and your team create a clean, safe, healing environment throughout the facility. Your leadership and attention to detail will directly impact the quality of life for our team and those in our care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hire, train and lead housekeeping and / or laundry team
- Develop and maintain department schedule to ensure adequate staffing
- Performs periodic inspections of the building and grounds to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with other staff members to address resident needs and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Ensures all facility policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies
