Description
- Maintain the safety and security of our guests and employees at all times
- Periodically monitor parking lots and building surroundings
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
- Calls police or fire department in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Warns people on premises of infractions and evicts violators from premises
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers
- Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
- Circulates among employees and customers to preserve order and protect property
- Monitors entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and customers to guard against theft and maintain the security of bank premises
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Basic computer skills needed
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication
- Required to stay current with all training and/or applicable certifications
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to identify needs and resolve issues in a timely manner
