**Sushi Chef/Raw Bar Attendant**
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled and creative Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
**Duties:**
- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes following traditional Japanese techniques and recipes
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new sushi menu items
- Maintain inventory of sushi ingredients and supplies
- Keep the kitchen area clean, sanitized, and well-organized

**Experience:**
