What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Services Manager position at Water Street Mission?
For Water Street Mission to fulfill its mission and purpose, it is critical for all staff to participate in the development and maintenance of a healthy Christian Community. Job Summary : Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in service, food quality, and sanitation in a team environment in the dining hall at Water Street Mission. Supervises the food inventory, preparation and waste management processes for the mission. Provides spiritual leadership to all staff, volunteers, and guests.
FLSA : Full-time, Exempt

- Able to fully support the Water Street Mission's core values and ministry philosophy.

Education / Skills : Bachelor's Degree in Food Services Management or culinary degree preferred, High School degree or equivalent mandatory, Servsafe certified, five or more years of supervisory experience in a high-volume food service environment. Valid PA driver's license required.
