Overview
Water Systems, Inc. and Utility Billing Services is a submetering and utility billing company. We are looking for an upbeat, friendly, and motivated addition to our team.
The position will be assisting customers in paying their bill and with questions regarding their accounts via phone (and occasionally email). We are looking for someone that is very flexible, can learn various tasks, and can easily switch from one task to another.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email
- Perform data entry and accurately maintain customer records
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize computerized systems to process orders and handle customer requests
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer service
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
-Must be able to pass immediate drug test and background check.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Potential opportunity to work from home after training.
