POSITION SUMMARY:
As a service receptionist, you will play an essential role as one of the first interactions a customer has with Waterbury. The service receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming calls and either scheduling an appointment or forwarding them to the appropriate department as well as, greeting guests in a kind, professional manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet and assist walk in customers purchase of filters, parts etc.
· Answer phones and transfer – collect information if needed and follow up.
· Work with the Costco and oms system for new purchase of Lennox equipment.
· Assist with imputing information into Service Titan after job is completed.
· Schedule calls in Service Titan and contact customers as needed.
· Assist in dispatching techs to jobs as needed.
· Take information for delivery and follow through with delivery drivers.
· Take payments and call for payments over the phone.
· Contact and schedule annual and bi-annual maintenance contract appointments.
· Keep filters stocked and available for customers.
· Sort and deliver mail.
· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 1-2 years of office/customer service experience required.
