**About the Role:**
As a Dining Room Server at Watercrest Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every mealtime experience is exceptional.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming residents into the dining room and assisting with seating
- Taking and serving meal selections while ensuring excellent communication
- Maintaining proper dining room setup and table setting
- Contributing to cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting the kitchen and dining room as needed
- Completing side work, including napkin folding, stocking, and cleaning the wait station
- Providing top-notch customer service to promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere
- Reporting any equipment or supply needs to the Cook or Executive Chef
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and dining area
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with senior citizens
