Job Requirements and Expectations

  1. Deliver high-quality primary care services, adhering to evidence-based guidelines and best practices.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders.
  3. Stay current with advances in medical knowledge, incorporating new technologies and treatments into practice.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of care.

Education and Experience

  • A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or a related field.
  • Unrestricted medical licensure and board certification in Oregon.
  • Current DEA certificate without restrictions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, are essential. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Certification with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and other relevant organizations.
