Education and Experience
- A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Unrestricted medical licensure and board certification in Oregon.
- Current DEA certificate without restrictions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, are essential. Additional languages are a plus.
- Certification with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and other relevant organizations.
