As the EverFit Director for Waterford Grand you will develop, modify, evaluate, and implement fitness programs for the entire campus that embrace and fulfill the physical needs and interests of the senior population living and visiting the community.
Working as the EverFit Director, you will :
- Work closely with the Life Enrichment Director, Executive Director, and staff to help evaluate current programs and implement changes
- Provide basic fitness screening and instruction on an individual basis for residents wanting to use the fitness equipment at the community
- Oversee cleaning and routine maintenance of community fitness equipment.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and manages budget.
