Job Overview
The Director of Operations has a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. The Director of Company Operations will work closely with senior leadership to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence across all departments.
Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, at properties as well as handling day-to day operations at the corporate office ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement at all levels with the company and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and collaboration among team members.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business development efforts and drive organizational success.
Skills
- Proven experience in commerical & multifamily real estate operations & office management with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong senior leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and strategic planning to drive growth initiatives.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of General Construction is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
