We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to join our dive team as a Lake Shore Restoration Specialist. In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment cleaning lake weeds and ensuring the highest quality lake shore experience for our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your scuba diving skills, and be part of a great team. As a member of our dive team, you will be responsible for working underwater and above water with a team of 2-6 SCUBA certified divers to efficiently remove lake weeds by the root.
The ideal candidate will have excellent physical fitness, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will also be required to carry heavy bags full of vegetation up to 80lbs, so a high level of physical stamina is essential.
Working conditions include exposure to bad weather such as rain, high humidity, and heat. You will be required to work a minimum of 35 hours per week during peak season (May or June through August) with flexible scheduling available for part-time and full-time positions. Additionally, you may be required to work weekends and overtime on a voluntary basis.
