What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Waterlogic USA?
Project Manager
COMPANY: Quench is a leading provider of filtered water systems to more than 100,000 commercial customers across North America, including more than half of the Fortune 500. Our point-of-use filtration systems, which are integrated into water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers and coffee machines, purify a customer’s existing water supply to provide reliable, convenient and sustainable drinking water. Headquartered outside Philadelphia, Quench is a subsidiary of Culligan International, one of the world’s leading water solutions companies.
The market for point-of-use water filtration in North America is highly fragmented, with more than a thousand local and regional service providers. Acquisitions are critical to Quench’s growth strategy, evidenced by Quench’s completion of more than 60 transactions in recent years, involving the deployment of more than $350 million in capital.

For each acquisition, the Project Manager of M&A Integration develops and maintains the integration project plan and collaborates cross-functionally with business leaders and the seller to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
