Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for both print and digital platforms, including but not limited to social media graphics, email newsletters, print ads, and event flyers.
- Maintain and adhere to Watermark Books & Café's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the digital assets and design files.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
