We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our dynamic call center team at Watermelon Swim. The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in championing our mission of safety in and around water. As a key member of Team Melon, you will :
- Build relationships – Connect with potential clients and nurture warm leads through phone calls and email.
- Close deals – Follow up on leads and use your exceptional communication skills to enroll families in life-saving swim lessons. NO COLD CALLING .
- Provide excellent service – Assist prospective and existing clients with scheduling, questions or concerns.
- Contribute to a positive team culture – Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
