Overview
Waters Corporation is always looking to hire the best and brightest future talent for our company. The Commercial Analytics team is looking to hire a summer intern for 2025. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience with the world's leading specialty measurement company. This internship will last approximately ten weeks & begin when the student completes their spring semester.
Responsibilities
- Intern will work as part of the Commercial Analytics team
- Utilize multiple systems/sources including Azure, SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, and other analytical tools to lead in automating, streamlining, & delivering consistent analytics to stakeholders
- Analyze data and provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicate complex data in a simple form to non-technical audiences
- Apply statistical modeling methods supporting the Sales, Pricing, and Finance teams to determine impact of pricing strategies on profitability
- Perform analyses that will provide a clear understanding of data and drive actionable insights
- Stay current on the latest analytics methodologies, platforms, and best practices
- Develop dynamic tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Finance or related field
- Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce, SQL
