Strategy Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Strategy Analyst who flourishes with analyzing complex business challenges and formulating strategic solutions. As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our organization’s direction by providing data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and actionable recommendations. If you have a passion for dissecting market trends, evaluating competitive landscapes, and supplying to strategic decision-making, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research and analysis of industry trends, sales trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, assess risks, and develop strategic initiatives.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to evaluate potential investments and strategic moves.
• Supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic goals.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Stay abreast of new technologies, regulatory changes, and disruptive forces that impact our industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business, or economics related field
• 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, data analytics or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, SAP etc.) and business intelligence platforms.
• Strong analytical mentality, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Liquid Chromatography or Mass Spectrometry is a plus                   #LI-Hybrid
