As a compassionate healthcare provider, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our residents, and we’re looking for skilled  Registered Nurses (RNs) , Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)  to join our growing team!

    Available Positions :

  • Registered Nurse (RN)  – Provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans for residents.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  – Assist in delivering nursing care under the supervision of RNs, support daily patient needs, and monitor residents’ health and well-being.

    • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) - Assist Residents with daily living activities while still adhering to professional standards and following all facility policies and procedures

  • RN Unit Manager - Oversees the day-to-day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility.
  • RN PM Shift Supervisor - oversees patient-care operations, assigning and monitoring staff nurses, and identifying and implementing quality improvements

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Registered Nurses (RNs) :  Current Wisconsin RN license, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Basic life support certification is a must
  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) :  Current Wisconsin LPN license, ability to work efficiently in a team, and a passion for providing compassionate care. Basic life support certification is a must
  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) :  Current Wisconsin CNA license, ability to work efficiently in a team, ability to perform ADLs and charting while still maintaining a passion for providing compassionate care.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.
