Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Landscape Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients while ensuring the successful delivery of landscape services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong background in landscape management, and the ability to oversee multiple accounts while helping us strive for Excellence!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their landscape needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, providing proactive solutions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement or expansion.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape projects for assigned accounts.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of services.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals and contracts for new or existing accounts.
- Assist President in negotiating contracts with clients and ensure alignment with company policies and client needs.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the landscape operations team to ensure the proper execution of landscape maintenance and enhancement services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that arise.
- Provide leadership and guidance to field staff, ensuring they understand and execute client expectations.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project progress.
- Generate and present regular reports on account status, service performance, and financial performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess account health and drive improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in landscape management
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and achieving business growth.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Aspire Landscape Management Software is a strong plus. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency is expected.
- Knowledge of landscape design, installation, and maintenance processes.
- Certifications: Texas Driver’s License is mandatory. Texas Licensed Irrigator and pesticide licenses are preferred, but not required.
Working Conditions:
- The position will require hours based on the seasonal demand for the landscape operations team and client needs. Most days will start at 6:45 AM and end when the operations teams are complete for the day.
- Office work can be completed in the office, but most of the successful candidate’s time will be spent in the field supervising teams, assessing properties, and ensuring excellence in the field.
