The Estate Planning Coordinator provides administrative support to the Vice President, Advancement and the Estate Planning Specialist.

The Estate Planning Coordinator reports to the Vice President, Advancement.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

BROAD JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Schedule meetings, coordinate activities, and provide overall support for the Estate Planning Team.
2. Enter and track data in software programs to document communications and activities of the Estate Planning Team members.
3. Process signed estate plans, including data entry, making files, and returning original estate planning documents that have been superseded.
4. Advise regarding ways to improve process efficiencies.
5. Prepare reports of estate planning activity for presentation to the Board of Directors, affiliates and others upon request.
JOB CLASSIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- This is a full time, non-exempt position
- As a Christian organization, WatersEdge qualifies for a religious organization exception
to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Therefore, this position requires active
membership in a Southern Baptist church (which is defined as a church which is
cooperating with Oklahoma Baptists) or in a faith-aligned, evangelical church which
declares the Bible as the foundation for its faith and practice.
