This role is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of staffing, sales, and operations to create an exceptional coffee experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a dynamic team of 25-40 baristas, to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience by maintaining high service standards, product quality, and a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Operations & Compliance: Uphold food safety protocols, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and equipment maintenance.
- Performance Management: Assist the Store Manager in providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Sales & Profitability: Drive sales and spearhead upselling campaigns to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Scheduling & Staffing: Assist in the creation and management of staff schedules.
- Financial Accountability: Oversee cash handling, reporting, and adherence to company policies and financial procedures.
- Competitive Salary: $15-$17 per hour

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, or retail environment.
- Food service experience required; coffee shop experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as a team with the Store Manager.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift items over 30 pounds.
Salary : $15 - $17
