A beautiful luxury apartment community has an awesome opportunity for a self motivated individual looking for a full time position with a great company that offers great benefits. This individual will be responsible for picking up grounds, cleaning amenity areas, pressure washing, and assisting with maintenance repairs. This individual needs to be able to lift, climb stairs and ladders, and work outside a majority of the time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
