Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking an HR Generalist
This is a part time position with full time potential.
As a strategic partner, the HR Generalist aligns business objectives with associates and management in the organization's business units. The HR Generalist partners with managers and associates to provide exceptional working experience, and to anticipate the needs of current and future associates. The HR Generalist will help guide associates and managers to available resources for all HR related needs. The HR Generalist develops partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This role will also be responsible for Human Resources functions, including but not limited to: HR Policy and Practice development, Compensation, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Communication, Associate Relations, and other areas as needed.

Qualifications
- Associates in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or relevant experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or relevant experience preferred
- · 2 years previous employee relations experience
- · Working knowledge of HR practice related to federal regulations.
- · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- · Strong change management and emotional intelligence skills.
- · Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects and/or priorities in high volume environment effectively.
- · Advanced skills with Microsoft applications, which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other web-based applications.
Preferred
- 2 years HR experience in healthcare setting.
- Previous experience with Kronos Time and Attendance
- Previous experience with SAP.
