- Work with the Corporate Human Resource Department with recruitment, retention, employee relations and special projects
- Responsible for recruitment strategy, sourcing techniques, and implementing innovative and efficient programs to ensure hiring and retention of the best talent
- Manage the on boarding process
- Continuously work with facility to make sure all staffing needs are being met
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office required
- Run Recruiting events such as job fairs and open houses
- Maintain Relationships with schools in the area
