Entry-Level Hourly Recruiter

Waterway® Carwash is over 50 years old and the nation’s leading full-service car wash chain. We have stores in 5 markets (Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Kansas City, and St. Louis). Every Waterway location is busy, so we are currently seeking an outgoing “people person” to be an Entry-Level Hourly Recruiter on the Recruiting Team at Waterway’s Corporate Office in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Your goal will be to keep all the stores in a selected market fully staffed by finding and helping to hire the most qualified people for our open roles. If you’re enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator - we’d like to meet you!

Job Duties:

• Help create and post job ads on various job sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Monitor and review all job applications in each store’s application portal
• Contact (text or call) candidates to set up phone screens
• Manage interviewing calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
• Coordination of local hourly recruiting events
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Job Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Enthusiasm for the world of recruiting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and project management skills
• Innovative and able to recommend new methods and solutions to problems and issues
• Can abide by Waterway’s Professional Appearance Standards
