Job Description
Our Landscape Foreman/woman is responsible for installations and the management of full-scale landscape projects. They lead a team of 3-6 people who will perform all necessary facets for completing landscape installation jobs of high quality and in an efficient manner. If you have experience in the large commercial and residential landscape field and like to work in a fun, fast paced environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our Baseline
The ideal candidate will be self-directed, with strong communication and leadership skills, and who also has experience as a Foreman/Forewoman. This candidate is preferred to have 3 or more years of experience in landscape construction. Considered a plus to have multifaceted work including drainage, irrigation, hardscape, and large project/park development.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Landscape Construction techniques and ability to read landscape plans
- 3 years Team Leadership and Landscape Construction experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills [both verbal & written]; jobsite/construction Spanish and English are required
- Proficiency in proper Equipment operation, mechanicals & maintenance
- Knowledge of construction safety practices
- Extensive knowledge of plants/grasses/shrubs as well as Hard-scape installations
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize & multi-task
- Self-driven & motivated individual, with good time-management skills
- Available for seasonal long hours; rare weekend work
- Punctual and dependable work habit
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record; will operate company vehicles
Key Functions:
- Maintain, teach, and lead a safe jobsite environment by example
- Direct activities of multiple individuals on the jobsite
- Manage personnel effectively and efficiently
- Communicate & coordinate effectively with Designer & Project Manager for accurate completion of installations
- Train in the best practices of installation and company standards and Promote the development of subordinates and team members
- Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance
- Track & record all job expenses and hours worked accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Other duties as required
Awesome stuff not required:
CLT/CLIA Certifications, English & Spanish Fluency, Landscape construction course work
