What You’ll Do
- Lead & Mentor Technicians
- Organize training to keep your crew up-to-date on HVAC best practices.
- Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and coaching.
- Drive Sales & Performance
- Spot opportunities for service upgrades or new products that benefit our customers.
- Encourage your team to meet (and exceed) monthly goals while delivering top-quality work.
- Optimize Scheduling & Operations
- Work with our customer service team to plan effective routes and reduce travel time.
- Coordinate daily schedules with office staff, ensuring technicians stay on track.
- Manage Inventory & Parts
- Team up with our parts specialist to make sure the right items are always on hand.
- Keep an eye on stock levels and equipment needs to avoid downtime.
- Promote Teamwork & Values
- Uphold Watkins Heating & Cooling’s culture of respect, honesty, and excellent service.

Who We’re Looking For
- HVAC Experience – 3 years in the field as a Service Technician is preferred.
- Sales Savvy – Comfortable spotting and suggesting additional services or solutions.
- Leadership Skills – You’re a team player who knows how to inspire and coach.
- Problem Solver – Quick on your feet, with solid decision-making skills.
- People-Oriented – You value relationships and see the human side of every interaction.
