We are seeking an experienced Individual Life Insurance professional to build and manage a book of business, develop referral partnerships with staff, proactively seek out new business opportunities and provide tailored life insurance solutions. In this role, you will supervise a team and serve as the primary liaison between carriers and clients to ensure a seamless experience, deliver exceptional service, drive client retention, and contribute to revenue growth. This position plays a key role in the success of our Life Insurance department.
