Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial and HR Administrator to join our team at Watkins, Ward and Stafford PLLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, supervising a team of administrative staff members, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee accounts payable processes and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure prompt billing and payables.
  • Supervise a team of administrative staff members and provide guidance on office procedures and policies.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Accounting CS, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HR processes and policy compliance.
