Are you ready to drive success in the sauna industry? Sauna360 seeks a motivated Regional Sales Manager to provide consultation and support to sauna dealers within a designated territory. This field-based role offers the opportunity to train dealers, develop new business, and significantly impact our company's growth. As a key team member, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing dealer effectiveness as sauna retailers while proactively selling Sauna360 products through the dealer channel.
Candidates for this position need to be located in the West territory which includes the following states: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming. We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education, and location. The anticipated base pay for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 annually. Additionally, this role includes a quarterly and annual targeted bonus/commission structure.

- Can You Implement Strategic Initiatives? Ensure sales and marketing programs are effectively deployed throughout your region, creating consistent customer experiences while actively managing your territory with regular updates to leadership.
- Are You a Dynamic Brand Ambassador? Represent Sauna360 at trade shows and promotional events, building our brand presence while maintaining detailed records and reporting essential to our continued success.
- Bachelor's Degree or college-level coursework strongly preferred; at least five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sauna sales industry experience strongly preferred, consumer products background a plus.
- Knowledge of current sales and merchandising techniques required.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals on a regular basis.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others, increase revenues, and work as a team.
- Possesses strong competencies: Adaptability, Action Oriented, Communication/Listening, Customer Focus, Decision Quality, Functional/Technical Skills, Initiative, Organization/Priority Setting, Organizational Agility Professionalism and Cooperation, Strategic Agility, Managerial Courage, and Managing Vision and Purpose.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Must be willing and able to travel at least 120 days per year.
- Proficient user in MS Office suite. Must be able to prepare reports, worksheets, charts, schedules, procedures, and other data as necessary. Organized and detail-oriented
