Job DescriptionResponsibilities : Work with Management & Team to set concrete strategies and milestones across all goals and initiatives.Work closely with our Contractor Experience & Distributor Champions to build out special programs & promotions.Oversee our marketing initiatives & vendors to build the brand and drive leads to our distributors.Aggressively drive results and set priorities with our critical vendors (web traffic / usage, social media, advertising, video production, graphic design projects, etc.).Target Top 3 Competitors (Bosch, etc.) and roll out aggressive marketing program to sell against them successfully.Manage direct reports : Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator.Requirements : 10 years of Marketing experience, preferably from the HVAC industry or similar products / target audience.Clear, concise communication style in written & oral form.Quick learner, good listener, organized and driven to reach results.Very competent at PowerPoint with an eye for effective graphic design presentation.Comfortable sorting & analyzing data for better decision-making & strategizing.Experience using social media, website optimization, email marketing, etc. to drive sales & build the brand.Team player.Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.Hiring for these locations : 1766 NW 82nd Avenue, Doral, Florida 33126Status : Full-Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
