Installations Admin Specialist
CSM Flooring, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installations Admin Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our flooring installations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate installer schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Track and confirm material availability for scheduled installations, coordinating with suppliers and the warehouse team.
- Assist the Installations Manager with labor costing for completed jobs, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Provide general administrative support to the installations and warehouse departments, including data entry, filing, and answering phones.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve installation-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the flooring industry - and speaking Spanish - is a plus.
