Remodel Project Manager

CSM Flooring, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Remodel Project Manager to oversee light remodels focused on bathroom modifications and aging-in-place solutions. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of home modification and bathroom remodel projects, including tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tub installations, grab bar installations, wheelchair ramps, and other aging-in-place modifications.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget guidelines.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the remodel process.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom remodels.
• Strong understanding of aging-in-place principles and modifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
