What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Relations Coordinator position at Watson Realty Corp?
Watson Realty Corp Property Management Division is looking for a Resident Relations Coordinator. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills both written and verbal. The RRC will be under direct supervision of the Office Property Manager.
Duties include assisting with the tasks in the following areas of operation:
- Assisting with vacancies, including inspections of the property regularly, both drive-by and interior;
- Assisting with application process for new tenants as needed;
- Assist with tenant move in/move out tasks;
- Assist with vendor maintenance including submitting work orders and follow up;
- Communicate professionally and effectively both in verbal and written form with tenants, owners and vendors;
- Assist with Administrative tasks as needed;
- Able to be in the office daily; not hybrid or remote;
- Other duties as assigned by Office Manager
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years in an office administration setting or equivalent customer service role;
- Be a team player
- Be able to work both independently and collectively
- Be reliable and dependable
- Have own transportation and ability to provide proof of insurance
