Senior Audit Manager (Partner Track) - Middle Market Clients
About Our Client : Our client, a well-established public accounting firm, is dedicated to providing exceptional auditing and consulting services to middle market clients. They focus on building long-term relationships and delivering value through proactive and innovative solutions.
Job Overview : Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Audit Manager to join their team on the partner track. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of recent, hands-on commercial audit experience, with a strong background in sectors such as franchisee operations, construction, logistics, and manufacturing. This role offers the opportunity to work with middle market clients and play a key role in the growth and success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage audit engagements for middle market clients, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and value.
Supervise and mentor audit staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop audit plans that address key risks and opportunities.
Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Provide insightful recommendations to clients for enhancing financial reporting, operational efficiency, and internal controls.
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.
Collaborate with other partners and senior managers to drive business development and firm growth initiatives.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions and engagements.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 10 years of recent, hands-on commercial audit experience.
Strong background in auditing sectors such as franchisee operations, construction, logistics, and manufacturing.
Experience with the PPC audit methodology is highly desirable.
CPA certification required.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and building long-term client relationships.
Experience with a mid-size firm is preferred.
