Title : Senior Accountant Financial Reporting
Location : Princeton, NJ
Hybrid : Remote 3 days per week
Salary : $80000 - $100000 plus bonus
Overview of the Senior Accountant Financial Reporting position
Princeton area! Hybrid / 2 days in office. Newly created Senior Accountant role in the Princeton area is open due to company growth. 2 to 6 years of accounting experience required, CPA preferred.
What will be expected of you as Senior Accountant Financial Reporting?
- Participate in the month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close processes which requires meeting all deadlines, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and reports
- Preparation of account reconciliations, journal entries and analytics procedures
- Assist with preparing monthly / quarterly internal management and Board reporting
- Assist with preparing quarterly and annual external filings, including consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and management’s discussion and analysis
- Assist accounting for investments as they relate to corporate compensation plans
- Assist with various special projects such as finance systems and technologies
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease process times, streamline work processes and work collaboratively with the business.
